Room was extremely spacious, all employees were great, very friendly and knowledgeable, location was good, heat was great for very very cold weather , full size refrigerator and mini stove helped also

There is no breakfast. Just super watered down coffee.cleaned my room for 3 hours after staying for 28 days,and they wouldn't give me my $100 deposit because of turning in dirty towels, that I used to clean up the room.

I wanted to watch TV, but the TV would not connect, so there was NO TV. This morning, I went to shower and the water would not come on. The handle was broken. So I was not able to take a shower. That is ridiculous. They claimed they would refund me.
